Matthew Worden, a PAE transportation manager in the 71st Logistics Readiness Squadron, stands behind bars during the Defenders Association Jail and Bail Sept. 26 in Building 500. Worden spent 142 minutes in the makeshift cell. The 71st Security Forces Squadron “arrested” individuals for one dollar per minute.
