Base Library hours cut
VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --
The Vance Library's hours have changed due to new Air Education Training and Command instructions.
The library is now open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, noon to 5 p.m.; and closed Sunday.
The Vance Library falls under the "small" category outlined in Air Force Instruction 34-270, "Air Force Library and Information System." The AFI dictates that libraries that falls under the small category are limited to 40 hours a week.
