VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Travel to or through any portion of Mexico within 50 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border is still prohibited for all military personnel assigned to the Air Education and Training Command, said Ken Anderson, Vance's antiterrorism officer.
