The Hispanic-Heritage Cultural Committee whips up over 300 breakfast burritos early Wednesday morning at the Chapel Community Activity Center. The Hispanic-Heritage Cultural Committee together with the Vance Cultural Committee has a fiesta planned at the CCAC for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 in observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, which spans Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
