Schmidt takes command of T-38 training squadron

VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Lt. Col. Eric Schmidt assumed command of the 25th Flying Training Squadron during a change of command ceremony held June 1 in Hangar 170.

Col. Paul Johnson, 71st Operations Group commander, was the presiding official at the ceremony.

Lt. Col. Jeremy Domb relinquished command of the squadron.

The 25th FTS provides student pilot training in the T-38 Talon, a twin-engine super-sonic two-seat aircraft.
