71st Customer Service Portal (CSP)
- Vance AFB members may create inquiries about their travel, military, or civilian pay on CSP! Please visit https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/SAFFMCSP/portal/SitePages/Home.aspx and you will receive a response within 2 business days.
Hours of Operation
- Walk-ins: Monday through Friday 1000-1200
- In-Processing Briefs: Wednesdays and Fridays at 1000
- Retirement/Separation Briefs: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1000
In-Processing
- Please, bring a copy of the following:
  - PCS Orders
  - Amendments (if applicable)
  - Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, Children’s Birth Certificate (if updating dependency status or creating your pay record)
  - Lodging Receipt, Non-Availability letter (if applicable)
  - Airline itinerary (if applicable)
Retirements/Separations
- Please, bring a copy of the following:
  - DD Form 1172-2 (if applicable)
  - Retirement/Separation Orders
Out-Processing
- Please, bring a copy of the following:
  - Orders
  - Out-Processing Checklist (if applicable)
- Ensure that your ODTA has verified you do not have any outstanding DTS vouchers and that they detach you from your unit.
- Ensure that your Unit APC has verified that you do not have an outstanding balance on your GTC and that you have a GTC for travel purposes.
- This is also your opportunity to request Advance DLA, if needed. You will have the chance to claim DLA at your next duty station as well.

MY PAY
- Check your LES, update your allotments, mailing address, TSP, etc.
Leave Web
- Request your leave, return from leave, check your leave balance.
Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO):
- Includes allowance rates, travel rates, regulations, etc.
Government Travel Card (GTC)
- Check your GTC balance, see when your next payment is due, etc.
