Exchange holds shopping cart contest during holiday season

VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --  The Vance Exchange will host Shopping Cart Bingo from 3 to 4 p.m., beginning Dec. 2 and every following Friday until Dec. 25.

"We want to try to alleviate some of the stress from Christmas shopping and we think the customers will enjoy it," said Tammy Morris, a warehouse associate and planner for Shopping Cart Bingo.

Exchange associates will call shoppers to a designated area and read off numbers so customers can fill in their bingo cards.

"We will run as many games as we can within the hour we have. How many people win will depend on how fast the cards fill up," said Morris.

Prizes include $25 gift cards and discounts of up to 25 percent off single items.

"We want to show that we appreciate their business. We plan on more events like this in the future," said Morris.
