71st Comptroller Squadron gets new commander Published June 5, 2015 By 71st Flying Training Wing Public Affairs VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Maj. Peter Talley assumed command of the 71st Comptroller Squadron from Maj. Dorinda Mazza in a ceremony June 5 at the Vance Collocated Club. Talley joins Team Vance after a tour with Air Combat Command headquarters at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. He holds a Master's of Public Administration from American Military University, West Virginia, and a Bachelor's of Science from Loyola Marymount University, California. His decorations include: a Bronze star, a Defense Meritorious Service Medal and a Meritorious Service Medal.
