Capt John Lockard

Capt. John Lockard, an instructor pilot with the 8th Flying Training Squadron at Vance Air Force Base, Okla., has been selected to play on the Air Force Rugby team at the International Defense Sevens Tournament Aug. 18-19, in Glendale, Colo.
