Meidel fini flight
Col. Kurt Meidel, right, the 71st Operations Group commander at Vance Air Force Base, Okla., is sprayed down after his fini flight May 22 by his son, Luke, and daughter, Kaitlyn, with a little help from members of the Vance Fire Department. Meidel flew his last sortie as the 71st OG commander in a T-1A Jayhawk assigned to the 32nd Flying Training Squadron.
