Motorcycle riding coach, Bill Dimsdale, instructs 12 students enrolled in the basic rider course offered by the Vance Safety office April 15. The three rider coaches, including Ryan Boyer and Wayne Smith, are each volunteers for the Oklahoma Riders Education Program based out of Oklahoma City.
