Mississippi Kite nest removal-4

Spencer Miller hands a pet-carrier containing a Mississippi Kite nest and baby kite to his mother, Julie Miller, a state and federally licensed wildlife rehab expert. The nest was removed from a tree near the Youth Center at Vance AFB, Okla. Spencer was lifted to the nest in a bucket truck operated by the CSC Civil Engineer Department electrical shop at Vance.
