SARC Run
VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Airmen begin the 5th Annual Sexual Assault Prevention Response Awareness Run 5k April 18 outside the Fitness Center. Approximately 400 Team Vance members participated in the run. For the past five years the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator office teamed up with the Health and Wellness Center to set up a course outlined by cones to direct runners and provide water. The purpose of the run is to give Airmen time to reflect on the impact sexual assault has on the victims, their families, their units and the Air Force.
