Chief Recognition Ceremony
Senior Master Sgt. Bruce McPherson, the 71st Security Forces Squadron superintendent, stands in front of a display recognizing each rank in the enlisted forces structure during a Chief Recognition Ceremony April 9 at the Vance Collocated Club. Each candle was lit by an Airman – E-1 to E-8 – as the responsibilities for each rank were read from the ‘Little Brown Book’ otherwise known as the enlisted force structure.
