T-38 ejection seat upgrade

The Martin-Baker Mk US16T ejection seat features a safer ejection process and built-in parachutes for pilots flying the T-38 Talon. The seats are being installed in all 66 T-38s here and maintenance personnel expect to complete the upgrade to Vance's T-38 fleet by June this year.
