Air Force selects 11 Team Vance members for promotion to E-6 Published June 27, 2013 VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Eleven Team Vance staff sergeants were selected for promotion to technical sergeant, according to the Air Force Personnel Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. The list of selectees was released to the public at 8 a.m., June 27. The Vance selectees are: Joshua D. Archambo, 71st Security Forces Squadron Heath W. Conley, 71st SFS Cory N. Davis, 71st Operations Support Squadron Manuel E. Feliz, 71st Communications Squadron Amanda M. Lenamond, 71st Medical Operations Squadron Jo Bess De Lorenzi, 71st Logistics Readiness Squadron Jorge A. Munoz, 71st MDOS Tyechia L. Rendell, 71st SFS Deanna F. Ritchey, 71st Medical Support Squadron Adam G. Self, 71st SFS Christopher Weathers, 71st SFS More than 5,000 staff sergeants were selected for promotion to technical sergeant. The 5,654 selected represent 15.03 percent of the 37,608 eligible. The average score for those selected was 340.17. Selectees' average time in grade is 5.52 years and time in service is 10.78. Their average enlisted performance report score is 132.58 and the average decoration score is 5.97. Selectee average promotion fitness examination score is 72.63 and the average specialty knowledge test score is 63.40. Those selected for technical sergeant will be promoted according to their promotion sequence number beginning in August. Selections are tentative until the data verification process is complete, which is no later than 10 days after the promotion release date.
