June's theme was Italian food and the menu included pasta, meatballs, lasagna, Italian sausage with peppers, chicken Alfredo, garlic bread, tossed salad and a variety of desserts. June's SIGMO was hosted by 37 volunteers from the 71st Flying Training Wing Staff Agencies. "This SIGMO was one of the biggest one's I've seen," said Chaplain (Capt.) Rashaundra Singleton, with the 71st Flying Training Wing Chapel. "The Wing Staff Agencies did a really good job with advertising and getting everyone involved. We had service members and civilian volunteers cooking, serving and cleaning. It felt like a family get together," Singleton said. The Vance Chapel sponsors SIGMO, and different units and organizations prepare and serve the meal between 4:45 and 7 p.m. on the last Monday of the month.
