Airman 1st Class Christina Sullivan -- Mission Essential Published May 1, 2013 VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Airman 1st Class Christina Sullivan is a force management technician with the 71st Force Support Squadron. Sullivan reads and evaluates enlisted and officer performance reports, decoration citations and tracking reports. It's her job to validate the submitted documents by ensuring they are in compliance with Air Force instructions. Whether she's at her desk reviewing documents or out advising customers, Sullivan plays an essential role in upholding the Vance mission by ensuring our Airmen continue pursuing their developmental goals.
