More than 180 Team Vance single Airmen and families with deployed spouses enjoyed a free meal during the Singles' International Gourmet Meal Opportunity March 25 at the Community Chapel Activity Center.

March's menu theme was "a taste of the Irish." Dinner selections included chicken dumplings, beef stew, vegetarian stew, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, salad and a spread of homemade desserts.

Eighteen volunteers from the Enlisted Spouses Group and the Officers' Spouses' Club hosted March's SIGMO, organizing the menu, preparing the selections and serving the meals to diners.

The Vance Chapel sponsors SIGMO. The units and organizations that make up Team Vance prepare and serve the meal between 4:45 and 7 p.m. the last Monday of each month.
