Four Vance Airmen graduate Airman Leadership School

Four Team Vance Airmen graduated Dec. 11 with Class 13-A at the Airman Leadership School at Altus Air Force Base, Okla.

Senior Airman Alton Kelly with the 71st Comptroller Squadron, earned the Academic Achievement Award for having the highest overall average on all academic evaluations.

Also among the 16 graduates of Class 13-A were: Senior Airmen Elisha Logan, 71st Communications Squadron; Tyler Kuthe, 71st Medical Support Squadron; and Michael Correa, 71st Security Forces Squadron.

The rest of the students are from units at Altus AFB.

Senior Airman Stefany Escobedo received the John Levitow Award, presented to the graduate demonstrating the most outstanding leadership and scholastic qualities.

Senior Airman Charles Kulat received Distinguished Graduate, for the next highest grade average, and the Commandant Award, presented to the student who displays all the characteristics of an effective leader.

Also graduating were Senior Airmen Skyler Arnold, Jeff Chen, Gilberto Saldierna, John Clark, Nicole Feeman, Andre Hulse, Walter Blake, Maria Manait, Mary Jo Ryan and Casey Frueh.
