T-38 training aircraft engages barrier on aborted takeoff

VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --  A T-38C Talon aircraft engaged a barrier on the south end of Runway 17 Center after aborting takeoff today at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Two pilots were on board the aircraft and exited safely, with no apparent injuries.
