Singles enjoy home-cooked meal served by Mission Support Group

VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Col. Michael McDaniel, the commander of the 71st Mission Support Group, served potatoes with vegetables during the monthly Singles' International Gourmet Meal Opportunity at Vance Air Force Base, Okla., Jan. 30.

Each month SIGMO is held at the Community Chapel Activity Center and the menu is inspired by monthly events or holidays. For January the theme was traditional New Year recipes.

Approximately 220 attended this month's SIGMO. Team Vance members from the 71st Mission Support Group supported SIGMO by providing 25 volunteers to serve food to the attendees.

Vegetable pizza, cheddar cheese biscuits, salad and chicken breasts and various desserts were served.
