Wing quarterly award winners honored at luncheon

Sixteen of Team Vance's best and brightest were honored at the 71st Flying Training Wing Quarterly Awards luncheon held July 21 at the Vance Collocated Club.

Airman 1st Class Kimeyasha Hunter, an aerospace physiology apprentice with the 71st Medical Operation Squadron, was awarded Airman of the Quarter.

Staff Sgt. Amy Snyder, NCO in charge of dental records and reception with the 71st MDOS, was awarded NCO of the Quarter.

Master Sgt. Lori Shackleford, flight chief of aerospace and physiology with the 71st MDOS, was awarded Senior NCO of the quarter.

Capt. Mark Hassett, Medical Readiness and Resource Management flight commander with the 71st Medical Support Squadron, was awarded the Company Grade Officer of the Quarter.

Rhonda Patton, assistant to the commander of the 71st Medical Group, was awarded Category I Civilian of the Quarter.

David Harris, unit training manager with the 71st Security Forces Squadron, was awarded Category II Civilian of the Quarter.

Staff Sgt. Yvette Morales, NCOIC of the dental laboratory with the 71st MDOS, was awarded Honor Guard of the Quarter.

1st Lt. Nathan Skavdal, an instructor pilot with the 33rd Flying Training Squadron, was awarded Instructor Pilot of the Quarter.

David Stewart, a quality assurance evaluator with the 71st FTW, was awarded Quality Assurance Personnel of the Quarter.

Capt. Adam Welch, instructor pilot and B Flight assistant commander with the 8th Flying Training Squadron, was awarded Volunteer of the Quarter.

Lt. Col. Greg Allori, assistant director of operations with the 32nd Flying Training Squadron, was awarded Reserve Instructor Pilot of the Quarter.

Thom Bushman, T-38 simulator and academic instructor with the 71st Operations Group, was awarded Flight Simulation Instructor of the Quarter.

Dennis Smith, the material management supervisor with CSC Applied Technologies, received the First Line Supervisor of the Quarter.

Donnie Steele, a fitness center attendant with CSC, received the Labor Grade 1-4 of the Quarter Award.

Chris Doss, a lead firefighter with CSC, received the Grade Labor 5-8 of the Quarter Award.

Roy Allen, a T-1A leadman with CSC, received the Grade Labor 9-13 of the Quarter Award.
