Favorite exercise: Basketball Mission contributions: Mr. Aleshire developed, through a comprehensive project collaboration, a SharePoint site supporting all active projects to include the 25th Flying Training Squadron VHF radio installation project, runway control structure antenna move and the Western MOA radio transmission/reception project, providing project stakeholders real time project status and collaboration capability. He also aided in refining the 71st CS government purchase card purchase process, leveraging SharePoint by providing users a one-stop GPC shop. Mr. Aleshire added a missing piece for pilferable asset accountability, mitigating a potential inspection write-up. As a plans and implementation professional, he also became qualified as a quality assurance evaluator and performed the first-ever surveillance of the information technology plans contractor. The timing of this comprehensive effort provided excellent inspection preparation for a contract partner.
