Team Vance will have a chance to improve Services facility on base through participation in focus groups later this month, according to Kara Schumacher with the 71st Force Support Squadron's Marketing department.

The focus groups will meet from 3 to 4:30 p.m., April 19-21, at the Community Chapel Activity Center, Bldg. 528.

The reason for the focus groups is to get ideas for improvement from patrons of the facilities, said Mrs. Schumacher. "No one from the facilities will be present at the focus group so people can give us honest assessments," she said.

Mrs. Schumacher will be facilitating each discussion. A few main questions will begin each focus group followed by an open forum.

Active duty military, retirees, family members and both government and contract civilians are invited to the focus groups. "You can come to the groups that interest you," said Mrs. Schumacher. "Door prizes, food and drinks will be available," she said.

The focus groups meet as follows:
April 19 - Youth Programs
April 20 - Fitness Center, Base Pool, Outdoor Recreation and Skills Center
April 21 - Bowling Center, Vance Collocated Club, Library and Lodging
