The 2008-2009 Vance Intramural Bowling League ended the season April 16 with a tight finish among great competition.

The bowling pins were set for the last regular-season night of competition with the first-place team, the 71st Operations Support Squadron A team, nicknamed "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," up against the second-place team, the 71st Communications Squadron A team.

The two teams remained deadlocked through most of their three-game set, splitting the points earned for their night's bowling.

The 32nd Flying Training Squadron A team solidified their grip on third place by defeating the Lear Siegler A team, 6 to 2.

The 71st Mission Support Group A team held onto fourth by earning all 8 points on the final night against the 8th Flying Training Squadron.
