A F-22 Raptor parked on the ramp at Vance Air Force Base, Okla., Friday, appears to be taking its bird of prey name literally and is prepared to feast on a T-6 Texan II taking off on a nearby runway. The Raptor, from Tyndall AFB, Fla. was flown by Maj. "Mooch" Bartels, 325th Operations Group.
