Class 04-07 grads garner awards Published Jan. 4, 2007 By Public Affairs Public Affairs Vance Air Force Base, Okla. -- Five pilots from Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 04-07 earned awards Friday during a banquet at the Vance Club. In the T-38 fighter and bomber track, 2nd Lt Lee Bouma took home four awards, earning the Academic Award, the Flying Training Award, the Air Education and Training Command Commander's Trophy, and was named a Distinguished Graduate. Also in the T-38 track, Capt Jimmy Jackson earned the Leadership Award. In the T-1 tanker and airlift track, 2nd Lt Eric Wood took home three awards, earning the AETC Commander's Trophy, the Flying Training Award and was named a Distinguished Graduate. Also in the T-1 track, 2nd Lt Theron Mink garnered the Academic Award and Capt Grant Fish earned the Leadership Award.
