Vance recognizes Annual Award winners Published Feb. 18, 2015 By 71st FTW Public Affairs VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Outstanding members of the 71st Flying Training Wing and PAE, the base operations support contractor, were recognized during the 2014 Annual Awards banquet Feb. 11 at the Vance Collocated Club. Nominees from each group walked through a sword arch escorted by family or friends. Winners in the enlisted categories received gifts sponsored by the enlisted private organizations throughout the base. The annual award recipients will now compete against the winners from other wings within the 19th Air Force.
