13th CMSAF mentors Team Vance members

VANCE AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Retired Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Frederick Finch spent a day here discussing leadership and professional development Feb. 11.

Finch is the 13th chief master sergeant of the Air Force and served as the command chief master sergeant for the 11th Air Force and Air Command during his 28-year career.

Finch met with members of the Rising 4, Focus 5/6 and Silver Talon Top 3. He was also the guest speaker for the 2014 Annual Awards ceremony later that evening.
