Why the squadron is important to the Air Force mission: The future of the Air Force starts in a flying training squadron. We establish the aviation foundation for our student pilots. What we teach them will remain with them throughout their flying careers.

Goals for new position: Continue to safely graduate world class pilots on-time, develop and maintain a tight knit Dragon family. Ensure a fun and enjoyable environment in the workplace and during after-hour squadron events. Make a positive impact on the local community.
