1st Lt. Victoria A. Pinckney

Then 1st Lt. Victoria A. Pinckney from Class 10-13 and now a captain was killed in a KC-135 Stratotanker crash May 3 near Chon-Aryk, Kyrgyzstan. Other deceased Airmen are: Tech. Sgt. Herman Mackey III, 30, from Bakersfield, Calif., and Capt. Mark T. Voss, 27, from Boerne, Texas. All the Airmen were deployed from the 93rd Air Refueling Squadron, Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., and deployed to the Transit Center at Manas, near Bishkek Kyrgyzstan.
