Keeton Preciado replaces a 32-watt florescent light with a 28-watt bulb in the 71st Flying Training Wing headquarters building at Vance Air Force Base, Okla. Replacing more than 8,800 bulbs at Vance will save approximately $30,000 in energy costs over a 12-month period. Preciado works for Tom Jacques Electric, a contractor based in Las Vegas Nev.
