Man cutting expansion joint in curb
A worker cuts expansion joints into curbing at the Armed Forces Reserve Center under construction on the south end of Vance AFB. The contractor, TCI Architects/Engineers/Contractor, Inc., from La Crosse, Wis., began work on the $20 million project July 14, with a scheduled completion date of Oct. 27, 2010. The reserve center will include a 60,000 square-foot training building and a 9,000 square-foot operations maintenance building that will be used by Soldiers with the Army Reserve and Oklahoma Army National Guard.
