JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- Senior Airman James Debiase, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron emergency manager, goes for a run around JBB here April 13 to try out the Air Force's modified physical training uniform that is under consideration to replace the current PT uniform.
