There's a time to be aggressive
Lt. Col. Shihan Giffor instructs an interactive self-defense class in the aerobics room of the fitness center at Vance Air Force Base, with the help of a volunteer. Sheila Burt, Amber Wilson, Rose Cohlmia, Linda Pallitto, and Sheryl McMullen all attended the class. All women are mothers interested in their own protection should a hostile event occur.
