Paper cranes carry light of hope, prevent discrimination

Children at the Vance Air Force Base Youth Center, Okla., show paper cranes they have just folded as part of the Hope Trunk project, founded by the Oklahoma Memorial Foundation. Holding cranes are (left to right) McKenzie Franklin, Danae Stidham, Sam Keith, Kim Winfield, and Taylor McClelland. The program is designed to teach about the effects of discrimination.
